Et il n\u2019est pas toujours simple d\u2019y voir clair et de faire un choix.<\/p><p><strong>Nous allons comparer ensemble 2 de ces dispositifs\u00a0: le coaching de transition et le bilan de comp\u00e9tences. <\/strong>Quels sont leurs particularit\u00e9s, leurs avantages et les points de vigilance avant de se d\u00e9cider ?<\/p><p><strong style=\"font-size: 0.9rem;\">Int\u00e9ressons-nous d&rsquo;abord au bilan de comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/p><p>Le bilan de comp\u00e9tences est un droit inscrit au code du travail qui date des ann\u00e9es 90.<\/p><p>Quand il est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 hors temps de travail, le Bilan de Comp\u00e9tences reste totalement personnel et confidentiel et votre employeur n\u2019en a pas connaissance.<\/p><p>Dans le cadre d\u2019une r\u00e9flexion personnelle, quelle que ce soit votre profession actuelle, le bilan de comp\u00e9tences peut \u00eatre financ\u00e9 pour tout ou partie par le CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation). Ainsi, si vous travaillez \u00e0 temps plein depuis 2015, et ne vous en \u00eates jamais servi, vous avez environ 3000\u20ac disponibles en Droits Formation.<\/p><p>La d\u00e9marche du bilan de comp\u00e9tences comprend 3 phases (pr\u00e9liminaire, investigation, conclusion), sous la conduite d\u2019un prestataire agr\u00e9\u00e9, ainsi qu\u2019un suivi \u00e0 6 mois propos\u00e9 en option. Les dur\u00e9es et les tarifs sont tr\u00e8s disparates\u00a0: de 8h \u00e0 24h, de 650 \u00e0 2600 \u20ac, les formules sont nombreuses et c\u2019est bien l\u00e0 que les choses se compliquent\u00a0!<\/p><p>En effet, certains prestataires n\u2019h\u00e9sitent \u00e0 vendre\u00a0du bilan \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00eat \u00e0 porter\u00a0\u00bb, avec l\u2019utilisation massive de tests de personnalit\u00e9, de QCM\u2026 parfois m\u00eame sans restitution par un accompagnateur aguerri.<\/p><p><em>Alors, on fait quoi\u00a0?<\/em><\/p><p>Tout d\u2019abord, on se recentre sur l\u2019objectif d\u2019un Bilan de Comp\u00e9tences\u00a0:\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>1- La d\u00e9marche vise \u00e0 prendre du recul sur son parcours professionnel<\/strong><\/p><p>Alors, d\u00e9j\u00e0, soyons r\u00e9alistes : si vous n\u2019avez pas travaill\u00e9 (disons, au minimum 5 ann\u00e9es), il y a peu de recul possible, donc le Bilan de comp\u00e9tences n&rsquo;est pas le plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 votre besoin. En tout cas, pas sous sa forme \u00ab classique \u00bb. Le bilan d\u2019orientation ou le coaching de transition pourront sans doute \u00eatre plus adapt\u00e9s, nous en reparlerons dans un prochain article.<\/p><p>Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une envie de changement, le Bilan de Comp\u00e9tences peut \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9 pour v\u00e9rifier sa bonne ad\u00e9quation avec son emploi actuel. Dans ce cas, cette p\u00e9riode de questionnement pour v\u00e9rifier que vous \u00eates toujours en accord avec votre poste peut se concr\u00e9tiser par un accompagnement dans un bilan assez court de 8 \u00e0 15 H.<\/p><p>En dehors de ce cas particulier, <strong>le bilan de comp\u00e9tences vise \u00e0 d\u00e9finir un projet professionnel<\/strong> en tenant compte de ses attentes, de ses comp\u00e9tences, de ses aptitudes, et de qui on est (identit\u00e9, besoins, valeurs\u2026) : ce chemin introspectif demande de prendre du temps !<\/p><p>Le conseiller ne pourra vraiment vous donner la possibilit\u00e9 de vous r\u00e9inventer professionnellement qu\u2019\u00e0 travers une r\u00e9elle connaissance de vous-m\u00eame, et une mise en autonomie et en action qui n\u00e9cessitent 3 \u00e0 4 mois d\u2019accompagnement. La formule \u00ab\u00a024h\u00a0\u00bb est alors un bon choix.<\/p><p><strong>2- La d\u00e9marche am\u00e8ne \u00e0 avoir une vision r\u00e9aliste de son\/ses projet(s)<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>La d\u00e9finition d\u2019un projet r\u00e9aliste et r\u00e9alisable est l\u2019aboutissement d\u2019un investissement fort<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019identifier, avec l\u2019aide du conseiller, les conditions qui vont favoriser la r\u00e9ussite de l\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle vis\u00e9e, mais aussi les risques \u00e9ventuels de la d\u00e9marche (perte de salaire, freins personnels, d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre possible vie pro\/vie perso ..).<\/p><p>Pour s\u00e9curiser la d\u00e9marche d\u2019\u00e9volution, du travail personnel est demand\u00e9 entre les s\u00e9ances du bilan\u00a0: enqu\u00eates et interview aupr\u00e8s de professionnels, lectures d\u2019articles sur le m\u00e9tier, recherche d\u2019organismes pour r\u00e9aliser une formation incontournable, mises en situation par des stages etc \u2026<\/p><p>Pour conclure, c\u2019est donc bien le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire qui est l\u2019acteur principal de son Bilan de Comp\u00e9tences\u00a0: n\u2019attendez pas de r\u00e9sultat \u00ab\u00a0cl\u00e9 en mains\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 partir de quelques tests.<\/p><p>Vous l\u2019aurez compris : la qualit\u00e9 de la prestation, sa profondeur, les outils utilis\u00e9s tiennent en grande partie au professionnalisme du Conseiller qui le d\u00e9livre, \u00e0 son exp\u00e9rience et son parcours de formation.
