Il s\u2019agit de faire \u00e9merger les atouts et les points forts de l\u2019autre et de l\u2019aider \u00e0 surmonter ses r\u00e9sistances internes\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p>Pour faire simple, nous dirons que le coaching est un <strong>partenariat <\/strong>qui va susciter r\u00e9flexion et cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 chez le coach\u00e9 afin de maximiser son potentiel. Le coach \u00e9coute activement et pose ainsi toutes ces questions que seul, on \u00e9carte, ou dont ne devine m\u00eame pas l\u2019existence.<\/p><p><strong>Vous visez un nouvel objectif ? vous d\u00e9sirez changer, mais vous vous trouvez confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des obstacles que seul vous n\u2019arrivez pas \u00e0 d\u00e9passer\u00a0?<\/strong> <strong>alors le coaching de transition est pour vous !<\/strong><\/p><p>Dans le domaine professionnel, on peut faire la distinction entre deux cat\u00e9gories de changement\u00a0: ceux qui sont souhait\u00e9s et ceux qui sont subis. Dans le premier cas, les personnes changent d\u2019emploi volontairement en fonction d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s qui se pr\u00e9sentent, dans le second cas, il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t de s\u2019adapter aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements de la vie.<\/p><p>Pour autant, m\u00eame souhait\u00e9e, <strong>une transition professionnelle reste souvent un moment d\u00e9licat dans la vie<\/strong> d\u2019un individu\u00a0( le fameux \u00ab\u00a0<em>je sais ce que je perds, pas ce que je gagne<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb) et elle peut entrainer des doutes, une perte de confiance en soi, voire un repli sur soi dans le cas d\u2019une perte d\u2019emploi\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Stress aigu \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de passer un entretien de recrutement,<\/li><li>Doutes sur sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e0 la hauteur dans ce nouveau poste,<\/li><li>Difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 faire le \u00ab\u00a0deuil\u00a0\u00bb de son ancien job,<\/li><li>Pertes de rep\u00e8res<\/li><\/ul><p>\u2026..<\/p><p>Le coaching de transition est un mode d\u2019accompagnement particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 pour traverser cette p\u00e9riode de vie le plus sereinement possible.<\/p><p>Le coach va ainsi aider son client \u00e0 travailler sur lui, \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir qui il est vraiment, \u00e0 trouver du sens, \u00e0 visualiser l\u2019avenir, et \u00e0 d\u00e9finir les \u00e9tapes vers l\u2019atteinte de cet avenir. Il va l\u2019aider \u00e0 surmonter ses r\u00e9sistances afin d\u2019op\u00e9rer des changements, sans jugement ni conseils, mais toujours dans le respect de son autonomie et de la libert\u00e9 de ses choix.<\/p><p>C\u2019est un accompagnement ancr\u00e9 dans le concret, dans l\u2019action\u00a0: l<strong>\u00e0 o\u00f9 le conseiller en Bilan de Comp\u00e9tences proposera une prise de recul sur le parcours professionnel et les comp\u00e9tences de son client, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 un th\u00e9rapeute s\u2019int\u00e9ressera plus particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 son pass\u00e9 et cherchera le POURQUOI du probl\u00e8me\/ de la r\u00e9sistance, le coach s\u2019int\u00e9ressera au COMMENT son client peut-il faire pour atteindre son but\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p><p>Le travail identitaire (qui suis-je\u00a0vraiment ?) occupe ainsi une place majeure dans le processus de coaching.
